Just watched “We Need to Talk About Kevin.” Wow such a dark somber tale. A mother struggles with the realization that something is not right with her son and it might be her fault. Personally I believe that her son inherited some of her depression and that coupled with her inability to bond with her son caused him to become a sociopath, but I’d like to know what you guys thought. Is it the the mothers fault for not holding her child and caring for him but only being “used to him,” or the oblivious father? Or societies fault?

I honestly loved Kevins character as he grew up. The youngest was my favorite.
